I'm going to try having a plant in my room to see if it helps me breathe better. Why? Because plants put out oxygen. We put out carbon monoxide. We breathe oxygen and they breathe carbon monoxide. We help them and they help us. One time when my mom taught me that, I said "Excuse me mom, I'd like to go breathe on a plant". I'll have to find one that can live in not much light. But doesn't put out SPORES, like ferns and moss. I used to have moss growing in my room, but it died. That's okay, I don't want to breathe SPORES anyway.
I'll keep you posted on how it goes!
